Hotel Cecil was built in 1800 by Amiyo Kumar Goswami during the erstwhile colonial rule. Since then, the property, with exquisitely designed, antique interiors has been passed down safe hands and is currently being run by the fourth generation, who are ever-committed to continuing the tradition of making every stay at Hotel Cecil relaxing and memorable.

1. Check in – 12pm
Check out- 11am
2. Photo ID( Adhaar, Passport,Voter ID only) of members has to be presented at the time of check in
3. Copy of booking must be produced at the time of check in 4. Any request for early check in or late check out should be communicated to the hotel management prior to the check in and is subject to availability
Allotment of Room
The category of room booked is confirmed however the room number will be allotted at the time of check in. Any special request made for the room will be processed based on availability and there is no guarantee extended for the same
Cancellation
1. Booking cancellation can only be done manually. Please send an email to ( mailus@hotelcecil.in) and the amount shall be refunded to the customer’s account as per the refund policy of the hotel
2. There will no entertaining of cancellation request or refund if the same is made 4 days prior to the check in date
3. There will be 50%refund of the booking amount when cancellation request is made 5-10 days prior to the check in date
4. There will be 75%refund of the booking amount when cancellation request is made more 11-days prior to the check in date
No Show
No show
The booking will be automatically cancelled if there is no show and failure to occupy the room within 12 hours of the check in time i.e. 12pm. There will be no refund of the booking amount paid in case of a no show.
All late check in must be communicated to the hotel management prior to the check in date

Dispute
Any and all disputes arising from the stay, the booking,etc will be subjected to the jurisdiction of Kolkata ,West Bengal only
